You get it explained
A customer wrote that the mechanic explains what is wrong with your car and what needs to be done. That's the standard. If a problem is small, we say so.
We fix what the car needs
Every repair happens in our own shop on Main St. The failed part gets replaced, and the work that isn't needed doesn't get sold.
