Roadside to bay
Stuck on the roadside? Call the shop and the truck comes to the car.
Local and long-distance towing from 1644 Main St, with the repair bay at the end of the ride. Sometimes the problem gets settled at the roadside and the tow never happens.
Chapter 01
When the car stops where you didn't plan
Breakdowns don't check the calendar. Ben Carpenter, in from out of town, woke up to a flat on New Year's Day with tow trucks hours out, and El Mecanico came to his truck instead of leaving him to wait. A dead battery, an overheated engine, a rattle that has you nervous about the next mile: they all leave you on a shoulder with a phone in your hand.
Towing here covers local and long-distance runs, so it doesn't matter whether the car quit across Green Bay or a long way from home. The call is the same, and the destination is usually the same too: the bay at 1644 Main St, where the diagnosis starts as soon as the car is up on the lift.

Call first, then the truck
Call (920) 217-5911 and tell us where the car is, what it did before it stopped, and whether it's safe where it sits. The truck comes to you. Ryan Miller, out of town on a Saturday with a rattle and low oil, had Valentin meet them with a tow truck ready, and Valentin listened to the car in the parking lot first.
He didn't hear anything concerning, so he told them to top off the oil and get an oil change before seeing their own mechanic at home. That's how a tow call should go: the car gets looked at before anyone assumes the worst. When it does need the bay, it goes straight to the shop for diagnosis and repair, as it did for Phill Perry.
Chapter 03
What to do while you wait
While you wait, put the hazard lights on and get everyone out on the side away from traffic. If the car is on a narrow shoulder or a blind curve, stand well back from it and the road. Don't try a roadside repair on a busy road, and never open a hot radiator cap if the engine overheated.
When you call, tell us what the car sounded like before it stopped, which warning lights came on, whether the engine still turns over, and any fluid you can see under it. The make and model help too. Those details let us start thinking before the truck arrives, so the diagnosis at the shop doesn't start from zero.
Towed straight to 1644 Main St, Green Bay. Call (920) 217-5911.

Three calls, three outcomes
These are real calls, told by the drivers who made them. Two were settled where the car sat, and one ended in the bay. When the truck does bring the car in, the work starts with a full diagnostic and, for the heavy jobs, our engine repair bays.
