Know Exactly What Your Car Needs
Stop guessing, start fixing. A full system scan at our Main St shop in Green Bay, with every code proven by hand, so you only pay for the repairs you actually need.
Chapter 01
A light, a stall, a noise: where the guessing starts
A warning light tells you something is wrong. It does not tell you what. The car stalls at a stoplight, the check engine light comes on for a week and then goes dark, or there is a noise that only shows up on cold mornings. Most of the money people waste on cars is spent right here, replacing parts because someone had a hunch.
That is the parts cannon: fire a part at the symptom and see if it goes away. Sometimes it does, for a month. Then the light comes back and you have paid twice. Intermittent faults are the worst for it, because they hide while the car sits in the bay and only misbehave on your drive to work.

Scan first, then prove it with our hands
The job starts with a full system scan at 1644 Main St. We read every error code the car has stored, not just the one that lit the dash. Then comes the part a scanner cannot do. A code names a suspect, never a verdict, so we confirm it with hands-on testing: the circuit, the connector, the live readings, the part itself.
Only when the evidence agrees do we call it a finding, and you get it in plain words. Leanna Love said it in her Google review: he explains what is wrong with your car and what needs to be done. If the answer is small, that is the answer you hear. You only pay for the repairs you actually need, and nothing the scan did not earn.
The repair happens in the same bays where the scan did, never farmed out. After the assessment you get a detailed quote before any work starts. If the car cannot make it to Green Bay under its own power, we tow it to the Main St bay and run the scan there.
Chapter 03
What a code does and does not mean
A code is a starting point. It can mean a sensor has failed, or that the sensor is fine and is reporting a real problem somewhere else. Plenty of codes point at a circuit, and the fault turns out to be a loose connector, a chafed wire or a vacuum leak. That is why we never read you a code and quote a part.
Some lights are safe to drive on for a short while. Others mean stop now: a flashing check engine light, an oil pressure warning, a temperature gauge climbing into the red. If you are unsure which one you have, call (920) 217-5911 and describe it. If the car should not be driven, we can send the tow truck to you.

Reading the codes, then proving them
Three of the calls we hear most, written the way we work them: what the car is doing, what we find, what gets fixed. A noise with the engine already running can turn out to be an engine job, and a car that will not start at all may need the tow truck before it needs the scan.
The check engine light comes on for a week, then goes dark
A stored code points at a circuit or a sensor. A code names a suspect, not a guilty part, so we test that circuit before blaming anything.
Replace only the part that fails the test, and clear the code once the car proves it.
Stalls at a stoplight, then restarts like nothing happened
Intermittent faults often leave no steady code. We watch live readings while the car misbehaves and catch the moment the number drops.
Name the failing part with evidence, then repair it in the bay.
A noise nobody can place
Found with the car on the lift and running, listening along the drivetrain until the sound has an address.
The worn part is named in your quote, so you know what you are paying for.
